Classical Academy 17, Calvary Christian Academy 0

In week 3, Classical Academy made the trip south to Olympian High School to take on Calvary Christian Academy (designated home game). All the action look to take place while our cameras were present at the game.

In the first quarter Calvary Christian drove the ball to only falter with mistakes. Classical would capitalize on those mistakes and keep pushing. Classical received a punt to put them well in the Calvary’s territory where QB Mark Fuson would hit Riley Raciato for a 33 yard catch and run for the first score of the game, PAT good 7-0 Classical Academy. Later in the same quarter Mark Fuson would shoot for the pylon on the goal line to hit Adam Saberan for a 25 yard TD pass, PAT good 14-00 Classical Academy.

In the 2nd quarter Calvary looked to be starting something as there Moises Hernadez would hit Quentin Harrison for the 38 yard pick up. Classical would hold strong for a couple of downs as Calvary would turn the ball over on downs. Classical would drive down the field but Chris Feather would pick off the QB Mark Fuson. The comeback would not happen as the game would go into the half with Classical in control of the ball.

The cameras had to leave at the half and the game would stayed the same with the exception of a field goal that would make the final score 17-0 Classical Academy over Calvary Christian Academy. The 2-0 Classical Academy takes on the 3-0 Orange Glenn Patriots next week at Orange Glenn High School. As Calvary Christian Academy travels to take on Foothills Christian next week in Week 4 of the PPR.
