Community protests against Lincoln High School on lack of student safety

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – The father of two former Lincoln High School students says he’s fed up with the lack of student safety, which he claims continues to happen on the campus.

Shamiko Harris’ two sons no longer attend lincoln high school but the concerned father stood in front of the school this afternoon with a handful of protesters.

Harris recently filed a lawsuit against the San Diego Unified School District claiming that Lincoln High School failed to protect his two sons after they were beaten and bullied on separate occasions.

The small group gathered at the school today is also calling for the principal and vice principal to be replaced.
