Community rallies around Escondido restaurant owner injured in hit and run

ESCONDIDO (KUSI) – A local restaurant owner involved in a hit-and-run accident continues to see a decline in business even after being featured on the Food Network.

Kaitlyn Philsbury of Rosie’s Cafe was featured for a TV makeover on the show Restaurant: Impossible a year ago. After she got hurt in a crash, the community rallied behind her in many ways.
