Completely Waterlogged!

Monday, January 28, 2013 – Back in early December KUSI's Michael Turko exposed big problems with a beach rebuilding project. Now Turko says there's a new plan to deal with those problems but local residents say it's just more of the same. SANDAG's experts say they're hoping mother nature and natural wave action will eventually redistribute the sand and eliminate the problem. They also point out the beach rebuilding happened right before some of the highest tides on record.
