Convoy Asian Cultural District to receive major infrastructural transformation

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – The Convoy District is gearing up for some big changes over the next few years.

The cultural hub is announcing plans to begin construction on a 531 unit apartment complex for the area.

This, all in an effort to transform the area from being not only business-focused, but a place where people can now live, work and shop.
