1. Shimmy and Burpee
2. Straight arm shimmy
3. Arm walking
4. Single leg deadlifts
5. Single leg rear dealt raise
6. Push up and over
7. V sit and rotate
8. Seated leg kicks

Repeat each exercise 20 to 30 reps/2 to 3 times
