Councilman Sherman wants to ensure San Diego gets fair market value on stadium site

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Councilman Scott Sherman was in studio discussing the future negotiations with San Diego State University, and City of San Diego officials over the Mission Valley property.

The City of San Diego controls the property and Sherman wants to make sure taxpayers get a fair deal. In summary, Councilman Sherman is working to make sure the city gets fair market value for the land, not just hand it over to SDSU.
