Councilwoman Barbara Bry’s first official State of the District address

Councilwoman Barbara Bry delivered her first State of the District address Thursday night.

Bry represents District 1 and spoke about her accomplishments this past year and what she has planned for 2018.

A major focus of her address was moving forward with strengthening the San Diego police force.
