Crews battle blaze at office building in El Cajon
EL CAJON (CNS) – Crews battled a fire at a medical office building in El Cajon today.
The fire, at 1329 East Main St., erupted about 8 a.m. and was knocked down about a half-hour later, according to a Heartland fire dispatcher.
The cause was under investigation, and no one was hurt.
