Dead body found with stab wounds in the Encanto area
SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Homicide Investigators were called to investigate a dead body found in the Encanto neighborhood around 3 a.m. Thursday morning.
The body was found at the 1100 block of Evelyn Street near 69th Street, according to San Diego police.
The victim, 30s and male, appeared to have suffered at least one stab wound to his upper body.
Paramedics were also sent to the location but did not take anyone to a hospital, a San Diego Fire-Rescue Department dispatcher said.
