DeMaio not running for mayor

Former Councilman Carl DeMaio says he will NOT run for mayor of San Diego, but will instead pursue his challenge of Rep. Scott Peters, D-San Diego, in a congressional race next year. DeMaio says his focus is on his agenda of reforming government, not a particular office.
