Democratic Candidate for San Diego City Council District 1 James Rudolph

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Eight candidates are facing off to succeed Barbara Bry in the San Diego City Council District 1 race.

Democrat James Rudolph is a San Diego local who, if elected, would focus on affordable housing/homelessness, jobs, infrastructure and short-term vacation rentals.  He also hopes to address San Diego’s huge human trafficking problem.

Rudolph was in studio to talk about his candidacy.
