District 1 City Council Candidate Will Moore

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Eight candidates are running to replace outgoing District 1 San Diego City Councilmember Barbara Bry.

Other candidates include Aaron Brennan, James Rudolph, Will Moore and Harid Puentes.

The district includes the communities of Carmel Valley, Del Mar Heights, Del Mar Mesa, Pacific Highlands Ranch, La Jolla, Torrey Hills, Torrey Pines, University City, and the University of California, San Diego campus.
