Dockless Scooters and Bikes possible new regulations

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) -Mayor Kevin Faulconer is proposing a new set of regulations for dockless scooters and bikes. This comes after a number of scooter and bicycle crashes that happened in 2018.

Regulations for the scooters and bikes would include slowing down the devices in heavily trafficked public spaces and establishing clear rules of the road.
