Documentary ‘Wounded Heroes’ aims to help veterans with PTSD

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is very prevalent among military veterans. And some say that the most common treatment for PTSD, taking prescription drugs, is creating a bigger problem.

Silver Dove Films is producing a documentary called “Wounded Heroes” that they believe will save veteran lives.

Michael Gier, Director/Producer at Silver Dove Films, was in studio to talk about the film.
