Monday, February 11, 2012 – They called KUSI's Michael Turko when an online bill payment problem threatened to wipe out their savings. Turko says no one's sure what went wrong and until he got involved no one was in a hurry to straighten things out. Verizon Wireless insists they never take more from a customer than the actual amount of the bill. But privacy laws prevent them and Bank of America from going into detail. Jennifer Ward says Verizon has now promised that all of her money will be returned overnight.
