Downtown breaks homeless count record again in month of April

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – According to an independent point in time count by the Downtown San Diego Partnership, Downtown San Diego hit another record homeless population tally in the month of April.

A total of 1,958 homeless individuals were counted on the streets.
