Dr. Porcher on importance of Black History Month

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Dr. Darrin Porcher has a Doctoral degree from Fordham University. He also serves as a Criminal Justice Expert Witness and Consultant.​

Darrin joined Good Evening San Diego to  speak about himself, his experiences and the importance of the Black History Month and what it means to him.
