Dr. Ruderman: Breakfast myths debunked

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – A new study finds in the British Medical Journal no evidence to suggest that eating the first meal of the day may help with weight loss.

Researchers said they saw no evidence to support the idea that eating breakfast is a good strategy for weight loss, or that skipping breakfast has the opposite effect.

Dr. Steven Ruderman from he XIMED Medical Group visited Good Morning San Diego to discuss the study.
