Driver and passengers suffer injuries after vehicle overturns on off-ramp of I-15

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – A man suffered serious injuries to his left hand when his Ford Explorer overturned Wednesday night on the I-15.

According to San Diego Police Department Officer Robert Heims said the driver was speeding on the Market Street off-ramp just after 6 p.m. when the vehicle flipped.

Two other passengers in the car, a 26-year-old woman and a 17-year-old boy, had minor pain complaints.
