Driver hits three pedestrians in El Cajon
EL CAJON (CNS) – A vehicle struck a group of pedestrians near Granite Hills High School late Tuesday afternoon, sending three people to a hospital, authorities reported.
The accident in the 1600 block of East Madison Avenue in El Cajon was reported shortly before 4:30 p.m., according to Heartland Fire & Rescue.
It was not immediately clear how seriously the victims were injured.
