DUI suspect rams into CHP cruiser

ESCONDIDO (CNS) – A man was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving early Wednesday after he drove into a California Highway Patrol cruiser in Escondido, authorities said.

The non-injury crash at Ninth Avenue and Interstate 15 occurred just before 12:30 a.m., according to the CHP.
