Eggies opens 4th location in North Park

Before the pandemic, Rise and Shine Hospitality Group CEO Johan Engman had already been thinking of a breakfast to go idea. Back in April of 2020 they opened their first Eggies location in East Village with the idea to take breakfast on the go. Now they have four total outposts including East Village, Liberty Station and Pacific Beach and now North Park. This location adjacent to their Breakfast Republic location. Due to the restrictions with the pandemic, this has been a nice addition for the Rise and Shine Hospitality Group by providing a takeout-only option for those seeking a quick morning bite.

The new North Park Eggies is housed in a 100-square-foot space, and offers the same menu items found at its other walk-up windows, including favorites such the Eggies Classic sandwich, packed with maple-sage breakfast sausage, applewood-smoked bacon and sharp cheddar cheese, smothered in “Eggcellent” sauce, as well as their Strawberry French Toast Jar, packed with brioche French toast, strawberries, mascarpone cream and brown sugar crumble, plus coffee, nitro cold brew and fresh-squeezed orange juice.
