Fallbrook man may have connection to kidnapping

FALLBROOK (KUSI) – A Fallbrook man on probation may have been involved in a kidnapping last weekend after his name came up in a compliance sweep, authorities said Friday.

The man, whose name was not immediately made available, was first contacted at his home by police on Thursday in regards to his possible involvement in a kidnapping. According to police, however, the details of the kidnapping are vague and the initial report was still under investigation.

Four other Fallbrook probationers were also contacted during the sweep, and all were found to be in compliance with the terms of their probation.
