Fallbrook woman arrested for giving 16-year-old sister LSD

FALLBROOK (CNS) – A woman was arrested for giving LSD to her 16-year-old sister, who overdosed on the hallucinogenic drug and caused a disturbance in her Fallbrook home early Friday, authorities said.

Deputies were called to the girl’s home in the 3000 block of Overland Trail at 1:17 a.m., according to San Diego County sheriff’s Sgt. Jim Pucillo of the Fallbrook substation.

Paramedics took the girl to a hospital to treat her for the overdose, he said in a statement.

Her older sister, an adult, was arrested and booked into the Vista jail on suspicion of furnishing a controlled substance to a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and child endangerment, Pucillo said. Her name and age were not immediately released.
