Family Business: Farm Stand West in Escondido

The Hillebrecht Family has been farming in North San Diego since 1924. Bringing the community the best in local citrus, avocados, tomatoes, corn, watermelon, cantaloupe and much more.

They also provide an outlet for other local farmers to sell their produce through their two local farm stands located in Escondido.

Other ways they have helped out in the community is by donating excess crops to local charities and senior facilities and hiring the youth in the community to work both in the field and in the retail farm stands.

Local sourced food is becoming a scarcity and we need community support to keep local farmers in business and local residents supplied with the best in fresh local produce.
