SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Firefighters often work in dangerous and physically taxing conditions that can take a toll on their overall health.

FEMA is working to fund a firefighter wellness initiative in San Diego.

Members of FEMA joined Good Morinng San Diego to discuss the initiative and how it can help San Diego firefighters.
