4 Steps to Train a Beach Mindset: (REEF)
• Remove your shoes – walk barefoot, spend time in nature.
• Embrace your senses – aromatherapy, sunlight, sounds of waves crashing
• Exhale in waves – breathe in and out rhythmically, 5/5
• Focus on what’s good in life – recharge your brain for 10 minutes each morning and evening, and shift for 5 minutes throughout the day.
