Filner settlement reached

After three days of mediation talks, a “solution” has been reached regarding the future of San Diego Mayor Bob Filner.   City Attorney Jan Goldsmith, speaking to reporters following the third straight day of talks, indicated the proposed solution will be presented to the City Council and voted upon on Friday.  No further details were released.
