First Degree Murder charge recommended against boyfriend of El Cajon teen, Kiera Bergman

PHOENIX (KUSI) – On Tuesday, September 11, 2018, Phoenix Police developed probable cause to recommend charges of First Degree Murder against Jon Christopher Clark for the death of Kiera Bergman. 19-year-old Kiera went missing from her home on Saturday, August 4, 2018, and was found deceased on Monday, September 3, 2018, outside of Phoenix.

Jon Christopher Clark is already in custody for multiple unrelated charges of Aggravated Identity Theft and Forgery.

Kiera’s family spoke to the media after it was announced that Phoenix Police had developed probable cause to recommend First Degree Murder against her boyfriend.
