San Diego’s first stand-alone homeless recuperative care center to open

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – A lack of shelter beds in San Diego is a huge issue across the reiogn. It’s especially bad in North County.

Now, a non-profit in Escondido is adding a 106 bed facility that is far more than a shelter.
