1. 2x jump, walk out push-up
2. Side stepping up right row, ALT front raise
3. Side lunge, straight arm raise to knee pull biceps
4. Bent over split arm raise to circle’s
5. Upright row to squat overhead press
6. Bent over rows, alt lunge, chest fly
7. Bear rows to step back
8. Sit up press to alt punch
