2. Cross body hammers, around the world
3. 4 punch, jump turn
4. Alt overhead press, biceps alt lunges 5. 2x alt Uppercuts, two rep knees 6. Halo, squat & press 7. Alt elbow hit, 2X lat hops 8. Bridge with alt chest press
