1. Low tire jog 4x
2. 3ct decline squat, pulse 2x
3. Quick feet jog 2x, leap 2x
4. Sumo pulse and pass wt
5. Scissor 2x, drop lunge 1X
6. Lunge knee left, rev knee lift
7. Step rep 2x, back rep 2x
8. Slow count Deadlift 3X to drop squat & lift
