2. Side step, upright row, alt front raise

3. Burpee, low squat & curl

4. Upright row, squat press

5. Ski alt arm raises, around world Circles

6. Side lunge arm raise, knee pull biceps

7. Bear hold rows, step backs

8. Set up press, alt punch
