Flooding impacts traffic in low lying, poor drainage areas

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas and dangerous flows over low-water crossings created driving hazards on Tuesday across San Diego.

Remember, don’t try to cross flooded roadways on foot, on bikes, or in cars.
