Florida Senator Tim Scott has officially announced his candidacy to become the next President of the United States.

Scott, a Republican, was welcomed into the race by former President Donald J. Trump, who wished him good luck.

KUSI’s Lindsey Fukano outlined how Scott’s entrance into the 2024 race may impact other GOP hopefuls.
