What is a Foam Roller? It’s a hard Styrofoam tube that helps massage the body and release tight areas, called trigger points or the technical name is called myofascial release.
Foam rollers are one of the most convenient exercise tools on the market to help relieve these tight muscles and trigger points. Releasing these tight areas may help reduce pain and injuries, increase flexibility, improve core strength, and help you move and feel better.
You can use the foam roller almost anywhere; in your home, at the office, at the park, and of course the gym. Moses recommends foam rolling every day for a few minutes and gradually working your way to more time. Happy foam rolling!
