Foods perfect for Spring

Spring is officially here. Flowers are blooming all around us and today we have a special spring spread of Sips, Salads and Sweets by celebrity trainer, nutritionist and author Sima Cohen.

From smoothie bowls, edible flowers ice cubes and even detox salad with flowers. Sima will show us how to incorporate edible flowers into the menu.
