Former CEOs and business owners providing mentoring to businesses in San Diego during pandemic

SAN DIEGO (KUSI)- Chairmen’s Roundtable is a 23-year-old organization of former CEOs and business owners who provide pro bono mentoring to owners of businesses in San Diego.

Until the pandemic, CRT did not work with troubled companies, start-ups or non-profits, they we focused solely on commercial businesses that were successful and we facing a strategic challenge, often around growth, product development or the sale of the company.

With the pandemic, however, they’ve pivoted to help:

• Companies in trouble because of reduced demand from the pandemic
• Companies looking to pivot to produce pandemic-centric items, like masks or hand sanitizer
• Non-profits focused on human services and other areas of urgent need
