SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Gov. Gavin Newsom recently unveiled his multibillion-dollar budget proposal for the state of California.

Former San Diego mayor Kevin Faulconer joined KUSI’s Elizabeth Alvarez on “Good Morning San Diego” to give some perspective on the proposal.
