Fourth of July grilling alternatives from Pechanga’s Chef Jose Mendoza

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Lots of us will be grilling lots of meat for the holiday today. Chef Jose Mendoza from Pechanga Resort Casino was in studio and he’s involved with a very prestigious competition from the James Beard Foundation……he’s here to show us how to Get Grillin’ with ‘Shrooms.

He says plant based patties are all the rage right now, but many people are not completely ready to give up the meat.
