Francis Parker Lancers 42, San Ysidro Cougars 7

The Francis Parker Lancers defended their field against the San Ysidro Cougars, giving them another win to add to their undefeated streak.

In the first Quarter Quarterback Ryan Sanborn looked to Jonathan Gordon for a 45 yard touchdown pass. making the score 7-0 Lancers.

Still in the first Sam Composeco would take it all the way for a 25 yard touchdown pass giving the Lancers a 14-0 lead.

Moving on to the second quarter, San Ysidro, Marco Valazquez was able to put the Cougars on the board by completing an eight yard touchdown run. 21-7 Lancers.

Late in the third, Ryan Sanborn for the Lancers would make a 10 Yard touchdown throw to Camden McCormick.

The final score, 42-7 Lancers. Lancers still undefeated with a new record of 6-0.

The Francis Parker Lancers will be hosting the San Ysidro Cougars Friday night at 7pm, with a pre game event for staff appreciation.

The Lancers are currently undefeated with an impressive record of 5-0. While the Cougars are still fighting to gain a win, their record 0-4.

On they Lancers side they have Quarterback Ryan Sanborn , who plays defense and offense. Offensively he has accumulated ten touchdowns and two interceptions over the pass five games.

On the the other side of the ball we have the Cougars. Who are no strangers to being “underdogs”. Last week the Cougars took a tough loss against Kearny High School, but are looking to start fresh for this upcoming game. This Friday, they will have to rely more on passing rather than running the ball if they want to gain on the Lancers.
