Frequent Flyer Scam, Heads Up!

Thursday, May 16, 2013 – A young professional woman called KUSI's Michael Turko because she didn't want other people to lose money. Turko says she was taken by a new Craigslist scam involving airline frequent flyer mileage programs. Airline rules generally prohibit the sale or barter of frequent flyer miles. If caught, the seller can lose not only the miles sold but all of the rest of the miles in their account and the buyer can have their ticket canceled without notice.
