Full Body Shred Interval Workout

Each exercise for 1 minute 2/3 times!

1. Walk out and Jump/back and jump
2. Deep squat press
3. Jump wide and in taps
4. 3 plyo luges into punches
5. Jacks and knees pulls
6. Plea double shoulders
7. 3 plyo jacks/2 heel kicks
8. Plank knee tuck and rotate
