Fundraiser held for the owner of Rosie’s Cafe in Escondido

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – A fundraiser was held Monday for the owner of Rosie’s Cafe who has been recovering from an accident for the past few months.

Kaitlyn Rose Pilsbury has been recovering from a hit-and-run accident since the the start of the new year.

Rosie’s Cafe was recently featured on the Food Network’s, “Restaurant: Impossible.”

All the proceeds from the fundraiser will go to support Rosie’s Cafe owner and her family as she continues to recover from her accident.

The fundraiser was held at Rosie’s Cafe in Escondido Monday and featured “Restaurant: Impossible” Chef Robert Irvine.
