Tuesday, May 13, 2014 –  KUSI’s Michael Turko says a utility commission hearing tomorrow on a San Onofre power plant settlement could shut down the investigation into what went wrong at that nuclear plant. Turko says one of the only people fighting that settlement is San Diego’s former City Attorney Mike Aguirre.
