Golf Industry Show provides education and networking in the golf industry

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – The Golf Industry Show is designed to provide a platform for collaboration, education and networking to answer many of the challenges facing golf today.

It in 2005 as a combination of the GCSAA International Golf Course Conference and Show sponsored by the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America and the NGCOA Trade Show sponsored by the National Golf Course Owners Association.

Today the Golf Industry Show serves as a platform for collaboration, education and networking to answer many of the challenges facing golf today.

Activities held as part of the Golf Industry Show include: education conferences presented by the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America and the National Golf Course Owners Association, the world’s largest industry trade show, and GCSAA’s Golf Championships.

KUSI’s Ginger Jeffries spoke with Hector Velasquez, equipment manager of Riverside Country Club about all the behind the scenes work it takes to keep a golf course in tip top shape.
