Gwen Stefani, OneRepublic and more to headline MLB All-Star free concerts

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) — As part of Major League Baseball’s All-Star Game festivities, Gwen Stefani, OneRepublic and Tori Kelly will headline free concerts in San ahead of next month’s event.

The three concerts begin Friday, July 8 at 7 p.m. with OneRepublic and NEEDTOBREATHE performing.

Two shows are set for the following day, with Kelly and All Time Low performing at noon, and Stefani and Eve taking the stage at 7 p.m.

All of the performances are scheduled to take place at Embarcadero Marina Park South. Free tickets to the concerts go online Friday at 10 a.m. PST. Fans can get tickets here.  

According to MLB, tickets are standing room only and based on availability. Fans are limited to two tickets and one show per request.

Other musical acts will be announced later, according to MLB

 The All-Star Game is Tuesday July 12 at Petco Park, and the concerts are just a few of the activities fans can attend associated with the game.

All-Star FanFest begins July 8 at the San Diego Convention Center. A day prior, baseball-related activities and instruction will begin for kids.

The Sunday before the game a 5K run, the annual Futures Game and a softball game featuring former stars and celebrities will be held.
