Halloween safety tips from the Auto Club

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Halloween is approaching, which also means a higher risk of danger for children walking around the streets at night.

Costumes can create limited visability, not only for kids, but for drivers as well.

Doug Shupe, Corporate Communications & Programs Manager at Auto Club of Southern California, was in studio with tips on keeping your child safe on Halloween.
